I haven't registered yet, can I still activate a subscription?
No, to activate one or more subscriptions with Mister Alert you must be registered with the site.
How do I find the event on which I would like to activate the subscription?
Type the artist or event you are interested in in the search field, then click on the magnifying glass.
How do I find the date of a particular event?
Once you select the event, all the dates related to that event will appear. Select the one you are interested in.
How do I select the different sales/resale platforms?
Once you select the date you are interested in, you will see all the sales/resale platforms on which the requested event is available for search.
Am I required to select all sales/resale platforms?
No, you can also select them individually. The price will change depending on the individual platform chosen and according to the number of those used.
For each event, can I choose to monitor one or more specific areas?
Yes, you can also choose to monitor specific sectors (standing room only/parterre or alternatively sitting room)
One or more of the normally used sales platforms are not displayed for a given event. How come?
It is possible that a specific event is sold on some platforms but not on others. You will only be shown the platforms on which the event is for sale.
With a single subscription, can I monitor one event or even multiple events?
With the same subscription you can also monitor multiple events but still of the same artist/group. With a single subscription you cannot monitor events of different artists/groups, in this case you will have to use multiple subscriptions.
I want to cancel my subscription. Is this possible?
No, you cannot cancel or terminate a subscription early. However, you can stop receiving notifications, either independently or by sending us a specific request to
info@misteralert.com
I found the tickets and stopped the notifications before the subscription expired. Am I entitled to a refund?
No, subscriptions on Mister Alert are not refundable, even partially.

Why is it necessary to register?
In order to activate a subscription with Mister Alert, you must be registered. The required information will be used to issue the invoice for the payment and to be able to send you notifications via WhatsApp messaging service.
What data is required for registration?
For registration purposes you will be asked for: first name, last name, social security number, cell phone number, e-mail address and password.
How do I register on the site?
Once you have entered the required information, you will be sent a notice to the e-mail address provided with an activation link that will be used to complete your registration.
I did not receive the activation email, how do I activate my account?
The activation e-mail may have ended up in the junk mailbox.
I forgot my login password, how do I retrieve it?
Within your personal area you will find the "forgotten password" section. Follow the instructions to reset it correctly.
I want to delete my account. How do I do that?
To delete your account, simply send an email to
info@misteralert.com and request that your account be deleted. Once we have proceeded to delete the account, we will confirm this by email.
